Congress Should Not Confirm Barack Obama As President,
For He Is Not an Article II "Natural Born Citizen"

The issue of Obama’s eligibility to be President has always been whether he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” And that issue has always been about answering two questions: (1) whether he was born in the United States and (2) whether at the time of his birth in the United States he was born to United States citizen parents, for a “natural born Citizen” is defined as a child born in a country to parents who were citizens of that country. Obama eligibility supporters like to focus on the first question, place of birth, for it lends to so much controversy, speculation, and confusion. The place of birth question raises concerns about whether Obama’s birth certificate, social security number, and draft registration card are false. Of course, for any of that to be true would necessitate conspiracy among many individuals employed by various state and federal government agencies. The charges of conspiracy gives Obama's supporters great opportunity to ridicule and mock concerned American citizens who--given that Obama has never released his original birth certificate to any controlling government authority, Obama still refuses to give his consent to release to the public his birth, education, travel, and work records, and some have uncovered unconfirmed information suggesting that Obama was born in Kenya--are still searching for a conclusive answer to the question of whether Obama was born in the United States.

No SHEEPLE can provide conclusive PROOF that Obama was born in the United States, because the usurper has not provided you any proof, because it does not exist.
Even if it did exist, you still could not definitively prove it, because Obama will not let you.

      Now to the proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. Here is a short link to most of the documents:

      Here is the confirmation that the short form birth certificate is the official birth certificate of Hawaii and the only birth certificate that Hawaii normally issues:

      Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the Department of Health to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed.

      (And as you can see the section of the paper is called "Health Bureau Statistics". Well, as the name indicates, and as both the papers and the DOH confirm, ONLY the DOH could send notices to that section of the paper, and it only did so for births IN Hawaii.)

      Re allegations of forgery. It turns out that ONLY birther "experts"---who have not shown that they are even experts, and who CERTAINLY have not shown that they are fair and impartial---have CLAIMED that there is anything wrong with Obama's birth certificate, and birther sites have not quoted the numerous real experts who say that there is nothing wrong with it. Besides, for the claim that the birth certificate being forged to have any effect, it would have had to have been forged and inserted into the Hawaii DOH files, because that is where the officials of both parties have stated that they saw it (and that document is the one that the clerk in Hawaii used to enter the facts on the form that generated the short-form birth certificate), and what are the chances of that happening? Besides, even that would not account for the teacher who wrote home or the birth notices sent to the papers by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961.

      Oh, and there is this little factor, that Hawaii is THOUSANDS of miles away from the nearest foreign country and that women rarely traveled late in pregnancy in those days. Oh, and by the way, Kaiploani Hospital is confirming that Obama was born there (want to see the two citations of that?) and Obama's Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was born in Hawaii and she said in another interview that the first that her family had heard of Obama's birth was in a letter from Hawaii (want to see the citation for that too?)

    More than a year (about 14 months) have passed since this article was posted. In fact, the US Congress did confirm Obama's election that year, and Obama is in his fifth year as president. And it turned out the US Congress confirmed Obama's election UNANIMOUSLY again (as it had after the 2008 election), and that included the votes of Rep. Michele Bachmann and Rep. Ron Paul. The reason: Not one single member of the 535 members of Congress believed either the nutty story that Obama was born in a foreign country or the crazy legal theory that two citizen parents are necessary to be a Natural Born Citizen (the term comes from the common law and refers to the PLACE of birth).

      It is normal for people who do not like a president to make claims about his sexuality. Rational people do not believe them.
