Congress Should Not Confirm Barack Obama As President,
For He Is Not an Article II "Natural Born Citizen"

The issue of Obama’s eligibility to be President has always been whether he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.” And that issue has always been about answering two questions: (1) whether he was born in the United States and (2) whether at the time of his birth in the United States he was born to United States citizen parents, for a “natural born Citizen” is defined as a child born in a country to parents who were citizens of that country. Obama eligibility supporters like to focus on the first question, place of birth, for it lends to so much controversy, speculation, and confusion. The place of birth question raises concerns about whether Obama’s birth certificate, social security number, and draft registration card are false. Of course, for any of that to be true would necessitate conspiracy among many individuals employed by various state and federal government agencies. The charges of conspiracy gives Obama's supporters great opportunity to ridicule and mock concerned American citizens who--given that Obama has never released his original birth certificate to any controlling government authority, Obama still refuses to give his consent to release to the public his birth, education, travel, and work records, and some have uncovered unconfirmed information suggesting that Obama was born in Kenya--are still searching for a conclusive answer to the question of whether Obama was born in the United States.

No SHEEPLE can provide conclusive PROOF that Obama was born in the United States, because the usurper has not provided you any proof, because it does not exist.
Even if it did exist, you still could not definitively prove it, because Obama will not let you.

The thought of a gun, (or two), behind every blade of grass, must be very disturbing to our enemies who dream of attacking the homeland.
This bothers Liberals, so they want to fix it.
They don't understand that by disarming the people, an invasion on the homeland is made more likely and easier for our enemies.
Of course, they don't even know that the enemy resides illegally in the White House today, due to crimes he has committed.
The Kenyan claims he was born in Hawaii, but can only offer a fraudulent Long Form Birth Certificate, a SSN number that was not assigned to him, a fraudulent Selective Service card, and a school record that specifically states that he was an Indonesian.
The fraud even told his Literary Agent some 16 years prior to his fraud that he was born in Kenya.
Was he lying then or is he lying now?
It is sad that 4 years into this we still don't know, but we know that Obama is a complete fraud.

Reason's NOT to trust Hawaii DOH?
Hawaii DOH has NEVER confirmed that the document that Obama released was an exact copy of the document that they had on file, and we know why.
Obama didn’t release an authentic Hawaii DOH issued document!
No Obama long form birth certificate released contains a raised visible embossed seal of authentication.
Ann Dunham’s signature on Obama’s fraudulent long form birth certificate is in two separate layers, even though it was allegedly created as a part of a single scan that would only create a single layer document.
There is no a logical reason for Obama’s long form birth certificate to have a mistake in the Registrar’s stamp, and no other birth certificate stamped by Alvin T Onaka containing that error is known to exist.
Fukino described Obama’s long form birth certificate as being half handwritten and half typewritten, and the document that Obama released does not match that description.
A document created as a scan alone contains only one layer, while Obama’s released long form birth certificate has numerous layers, meaning that changes or enhancements were made to the document that could not be present on the original long form birth certificate retained by Hawaii DOH, from which the released copy was allegedly made.
An investigation by Sheriff Arpaio has found probable cause to believe that the document Obama has released is a fraudulent document.
Many document experts have determined that Obama’s long form birth certificate is in fact a fraudulent document, and Hawaii DOH employees are not document experts, they are only employees.
How can Hawaii DOH verify a document that does not contain a raised visible embossed seal of authentication making it an official State of Hawaii issued document?
What is unreasonable about asking for absolute actual proof of identity from a suspected fraud who claims birth in the US, while also being the very first known person to say that he was born in Kenya?
Both statements Obama has made cannot possibly be true.

Whatever happened to Common Sense?

Obama WAS THE VERY 1ST ONE to claim that he was born in Kenya.
The SHEEPLE willingly believe that it was just a mistake.
A mistake that numerous other sources all have made as well.
Sources that include African newspapers, the Kenyan Government officials, Kenyan citizens, Obama's own Grandmother who lives in Kenya, and of course Obama's own wife Moochelle.
Only SHEEPLE would believe that all those people made the exact same mistake in regards to Obama's birthplace.
That bio was first released in 1991; it said Obama was born in Kenya.
That same bio was used again in 1995 when Obama released a book.
Obama's bio in 1995 still said he was born in Kenya.
Common sense dictates that the following statements are in fact true.

2. Obama allowed the truth to be told about his Kenyan birth for 16 years before he began his born in the US LIE in 2007!
3. It is standard procedure for the Literary Agent to verify the information contained in the bio, by allowing the person for whom the bio is being written to correct any information that may be contained in error, meaning that Obama had to give his permission to release the bio after he had read it to insure its accuracy!
4. Finally, WE KNOW Obama released a book in 1995, so we can logically surmise from that knowledge that Obama was asked to re-confirm that his bio was still correct in stating that he was born in Kenya, and OBAMA DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES to his bio stating that he was born in Kenya, BECAUSE IT WAS THE TRUTH!

America Has A Serious Constitutional Issue That Congress Or The Courts Need To Deal With
We do not have a legal Natural born citizen as a pResident as is required by the Constitution.
We have a USURPER named Barack Obama, or Barry Soetoro, take your pick, who is acting illegally as the POTUS, who was born in Kenya by his own admission, and the admissions of others, including his own wife, and who may even still be a British/Kenyan citizen, and/or Indonesian citizen, who certainly hasn't proven that he is an American citizen at all.
A US birth cannot be verified by a known fraudulent birth certificate.

Birthers got it right!
What have the Birthers been saying all along?
Barack Obama was born in Kenya!
What evidence that would cause one to conclude that is true?
1. A Kenyan birth certificate presented by Lucas D. Smith, that has never been proven to be a fake or fraudulent birth certificate.
2. Kenyan Government officials making statements like, "Obama is a son of Kenyan soil", and "Obama is a Native Kenyan", along with citizens from Kenya who say the same thing.
3. Obama's US Literary Agent releases a biography in a 1991 Booklet: 'Born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii'.
4. Newspaper accounts stating that Obama was a Kenyan-born US Senator.
Now what has Obama given to us to prove his alleged Hawaiian birth?
A fraudulent short form birth certificate, proven by Obama's release of a fraudulent long form birth certificate, that probable cause has already been found by competent law enforcement officers to be a fake or fraudulent birth certificate.
Obama has released nothing proving his alleged Hawaiian birth!
This is why we know that Obama, as well as his birth certificate, is a fraud.
I am still waiting for anyone to explain how a registrar's stamp can be moved on a document if the document was created as a scan only.
We are not talking about an enhancement here, we are talking about an addition to a document being made by a computer after the document was scanned!
A scanned copy only creates a document with one layer in the file.
Only by making changes to the scanned document are layers added to the file.
OCR was NOT used on the document that Obama released.
You can only do that if the registrar's stamp was added to the document by a computer process after the initial scan was completed.
If the document was only a copy of an original document that was previously stamped, that stamp could not be moved.
It’s incredibly strange that the literary agent approached by Breitbart.com does not remember Obama calling the agency to register a complaint and make a correction.
The FACT is that all these sources say that Obama was born in Kenya!
